These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the DekorBuy online store available at dekorbuy.pl, operated by DekorBuy sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Slawkowska 11, 31-014 Krakow.
Orders may be placed in the Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address provided. The order is accepted for processing upon receipt of payment (in the case of bank transfer) or immediately (for cash on delivery).
All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (inclusive of VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).

The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. Price changes shall not apply to orders already placed.
We ship within Poland and internationally:
Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days from the date the payment is received. Courier delivery time should be added to the processing time.
Boleslawiec pottery is fragile — every parcel is carefully packed using bubble wrap and filling materials to ensure safe transport.
You have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving any reason. The time limit shall be calculated from the day on which you received the goods (or the last part of the order).
Only unused products in their original packaging and without signs of use are eligible for return. Boleslawiec pottery is fragile — please pack the returned goods carefully.

Ship the parcel to: DekorBuy, ul. Slawkowska 11, 31-014 Krakow. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase amount (including standard delivery costs) within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. In the case of cash on delivery — by bank transfer to the account number you provide.
If the product received has manufacturing defects (cracks, glaze damage, decoration errors), you are entitled to file a complaint under the statutory warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Please note: Minor differences in colour and pattern resulting from the hand-painting process do not constitute a product defect — this is a characteristic feature of Boleslawiec pottery that makes each piece unique.
Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or pattern? No problem! Contact us and we will help you find the perfect replacement.
Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer, while we cover the cost of the replacement shipment.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall take effect on the date of their publication in the Store. Orders placed before an amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall be processed in accordance with the previously applicable rules.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes arising from contracts concluded through the Store shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Seller, subject to the consumer's right to choose the court having jurisdiction over their place of residence.
